Conduct regular, documented security patrols of the property’s interior and exterior perimeter, including common areas, parking garages, and vacant tenant spaces, identifying and reporting safety hazards or security vulnerabilities.
  • Surveillance and Monitoring:
Proficiently operate and monitor the Closed‑Circuit Television (CCTV) system, alarm panels, and other life‑safety systems, noting and responding to all unusual activities.
  • Emergency Response:

3. Documentation and Incident Management
  • Report Writing:
Prepare detailed, accurate, and professional written reports on all security‑related incidents, daily activities, unusual occurrences, and patrol observations using required digital platforms.
