The Campus Safety Department of Loyola University Chicago seeks responsible individuals for a Residence Hall Monitor. Duties of this position include:
- Monitoring individuals entering and exiting the residence halls.
- Ensuring that all guests sign in upon entrance to residence halls.
- Reporting any and all suspicious activity in their area to Campus Safety.
- Performing related duties as required.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
- High School Diploma or GED and zero-one year of related experience.
Qualifications
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to project a professional, friendly demeanor to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Prior experience in an educational environment a plus.
Computer Skills
- General computer skills required.

- Standing, Repetitive Motions
Working Conditions
- Lighting, Heating, Ventilation, Noise, Irregular Hours, Exposure to Inclement Weather
