Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, vendors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a high-traffic commercial real estate destination;
Conduct regular and random unarmed foot patrols of public areas, building entrances, tenant spaces, loading areas, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services;
Monitor access points and support visitor, vendor, and delivery access procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements;
Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and maintenance concerns through accurate and timely reports
