As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will provide exceptional customer service, help to deter incidents, and respond professionally to inquiries.

- Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and building staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Serve as the primary front desk contact, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor access credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
- Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and communication equipment; report irregularities and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
- Maintain a professional front desk presence, provide directions and building information, and complete required logs, reports, and shift handoff communications.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
