Advocate Health Care - 4600 North Ravenswood Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide security services with professionalism, fairness, and compassion while enforcing safety policies;
Perform interior and exterior patrols, inspections for vulnerabilities and hazards, and manage patient valuables and contraband searches;
Control traffic and monitor visitors, confront unauthorized individuals, and assist patients and staff as needed;
Respond to emergencies, de-escalate situations, and investigate incidents on Advocate Aurora property with timely reporting;
Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders, maintain training standards, and provide security awareness education to staff
