Security Guard Supervisor

Andy Frain Services seeks a Security Guard Supervisor to lead day-to-day security operations for a finance and insurance client. In this on-site role, you will supervise guards, manage schedules and post assignments, and oversee access control, CCTV, and alarm monitoring. You will respond to incidents, ensure accurate reporting, and enforce safety and regulatory standards. The Supervisor will train and coach officers, support investigations, and partner closely with client leadership to maintain a secure, professional environment for employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule security guards across assigned posts
• Monitor access control, CCTV, and alarm systems for a financial facility
• Respond to and document security incidents, breaches, and emergencies
• Conduct post inspections, audits, and daily activity report reviews
• Train and coach guards on procedures, customer service, and compliance
• Coordinate with building management and client leadership on security needs
• Enforce company, client, and regulatory security policies and procedures
• Prepare incident reports and support investigations as needed
• Assist with onboarding, performance reviews, and discipline for guards
• Ensure a safe, professional environment for customers and employees
