Retail Security Officer

Andy Frain Services seeks a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, employees, and assets at financial retail locations. In this on-site role, you will provide a visible security presence, conduct patrols, monitor entrances and CCTV, and enforce access control and safety procedures. You will respond to incidents and emergencies, document reports, and support loss prevention efforts while delivering professional, customer-focused service in a dynamic finance and insurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and sales floor activity at retail banking and insurance locations
• Conduct regular patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Observe CCTV and alarm systems, reporting suspicious behavior or incidents
• Enforce site security procedures, access control, and safety policies
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and customer or staff security concerns
• Document incidents and prepare clear, accurate security reports
• Collaborate with branch staff and management on loss prevention efforts
• Provide professional customer service and support during security interactions
