Pay Rate:$18.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time | Primarily Friday–Sunday

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services at a high-end luxury retail location in Downtown Chicago .

This position is ideal for a security professional who understands the unique expectations of luxury retail and can maintain a polished, discreet, and customer-focused presence while protecting the property, merchandise, employees, and customers.

The highest standards of professionalism, appearance, communication, and customer service are expected at all times.

• Maintain a professional, visible, and discreet security presence
• Protect the property, merchandise, employees, and customers
• Monitor the retail environment and identify potential security or safety concerns
• Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, and policy violations
• Respond appropriately to security and emergency situations
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and employees
• Follow all client and company security procedures and post orders
• Maintain awareness of customer and employee activity while providing exceptional service
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling security-related matters

• Active Illinois PERC Card in good standing required
• 20-Hour Security Training Certificate required
• Previous luxury or high-end retail security experience required
• Customer service experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with high-end clientele, employees, and management
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a luxury retail environment

Part-Time | Primarily Friday–Sunday

• Primarily retail operating hours
• Typical schedule is approximately 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required
• Additional weekday coverage may be available or required based on business needs
