As a Commercial Appliance Repair Technician, you are crucial in delivering excellent service through high-quality maintenance and repair services for our commercial clients’ appliances. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and Repair
  :
  Identify and fix issues with commercial appliances and refrigeration systems.
• EPA Seal System Compliance
  :
  Ensure all repairs and maintenance adhere to EPA regulations and standards.
• Provide Estimates
  :
  Offer accurate cost estimates for repairs.
• Customer Communication
  :
  Clearly explain the services needed to business clients.
• Manage Parts
  :
  Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
• Collect Payments
  :
  Handle payment collection for completed work.

• Exceptional Customer Service
  :
  You are the face of the company, delivering a great customer experience with professionalism and expertise.
• Problem Solving
  :
  Transition smoothly from diagnosis to solution, helping clients understand what needs to be done to resolve their issues quickly.
• Quality of Work

• Education
  :
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing
  :
  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Certification
  : EPA Seal System Certification is required.
• Experience
  :
  Previous experience of one year or more in commercial appliance repair is a plus!

• Compensation
  : $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses and commissions.
