Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as a Junior Appliance Repair Service Technician:

As a Junior Appliance Repair Technician, you will assist in delivering excellent customer service through high-quality maintenance services for our customers’ appliances. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Assist with Diagnoses and Repairs
  :
  Help identify and fix issues with home appliances and equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Customer Communication
  :
  Support effective communication with customers to explain the services needed.
• Manage Parts
  :
  Help order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
• Support Payment Collection
  :
  Assist in handling payment collection for completed work.

• Exceptional Customer Service
  :
  You are the face of the company, delivering a great customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Willingness to Learn

  Eager to learn from senior technicians and expand your skill set in appliance repair.

• Education
  :
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing
  :
  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience
  :
  Previous experience in appliance repair is a plus, but not required! We will provide training.

• Compensation
  : $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses and commissions.
