Candidate Qualifications
  • Ability to walk varying distances, traverse uneven terrain, climb stairs, ladders, or scaffolds, and perform bending, kneeling, lifting, standing, hammering, measuring, cutting, and suspending tasks while wearing safety harnesses and using hand tools.
  • Work at heights of 20 feet or more on elevated platforms or booms.
  • Lift, hoist, and load building materials like plywood, lumber, and sheet goods during installation and removal.
  • Operate power tools for cutting, sawing, drilling, fastening, grinding, and shaping building materials.
  • Use leveling systems, lasers, and levels to ensure accurate construction work.
  • Lift materials and tools weighing between 60-100 lbs.
  • Knowledge Requirements
  • Reading plans for dimensions, elevations, layouts, and material specifications.
  • Experience with steel and wood framing, concrete forming, and placement.
  • Safety, quality, and cost-effective completion of complex projects are emphasized. Experience in treatment plant construction is a plus. Work is performed indoors and outdoors. Reliable transportation and satisfactory attendance are required.
