We are seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive hands‑on experience in commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As a technician you will be performing installations, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring high‑quality work on every job.

• Install, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, split systems, and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex system issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure your work meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on job.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety regulations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and technical expertise.

• 7-10 years HVAC with 3-4 years actual hands‑on commercial HVAC experience, including extensive work with chillers, boilers, RTUs, and related systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic tools.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently most of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience)
