- Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment in the field and in‑house.
- Interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot accurately.
- Service retail scales, wrappers, and food processing/packaging equipment.
- Support customers via phone, email, and mostly on‑site visits.
- Handle basic IT/networking tasks (routers, LANs, wireless access) training given.
- Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain your company vehicle, laptop, and parts inventory.
- Deliver professional, reliable service to a wide range of customers.
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
- Clear communication and a customer‑first mindset.
- Solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- HS Diploma/GED with 2–4 years of relevant technical experience.
- 3+ years working with food equipment or similar machinery.
- Hands‑on electrical/mechanical repair experience.
- Lift 50–75 lbs (with or without assistance).
- Drive 2–5 hours/day; walk 1–3 miles/day.
- Kneel, squat, bend, push/pull as needed.
- Work in varied environments (hot, cold, wet, noisy).
- Availability for overtime and on‑call rotation.
