Field Service Technician

This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Technician role at Russo's Pool & Spa located in Chicago, IL. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pools, hot tubs, and fireplaces. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing issues, conducting equipment maintenance, completing service requests, and providing excellent customer service. The technician will also assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components and ensure that all work adheres to safety standards and quality guidelines.

• Knowledge of pool, spa, and fireplace installation and repair
• Experience with troubleshooting and servicing mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Previous experience in the pool or spa industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC repair are preferred
