We are hiring an O&M and Commissioning Technician 2 to support the operation, maintenance, and commissioning of commercial solar systems. This role works alongside a lead technician to ensure systems are safely brought online and performing at peak efficiency. We’re a family-owned company that values teamwork, integrity, and a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and corrective service on solar systems
- Support commissioning (pre- and post-energization)
- Conduct punch list walks and inspections
- Document work performed and generate reports
- Assist with warranty, repower, and EPC project support as needed
- 4+ years of commercial electrical experience (solar preferred)
- Journeyman electrician license (or equivalent)
- Experience with test equipment and electrical drawings
- OSHA 30 & NFPA 70E preferred
- Procore experience a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license (clean record)
- Willing to travel 100% and work outdoors
- Must pass background check and drug screening
