BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a well-established property in the Chicago area. This is a full-time, weekday position offering steady hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment units and common areas

* Respond to service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.)

* Prepare apartments for move-ins and move-outs (turns)

* Maintain a safe and clean work environment

* Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

Requirements:

* Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred

* Strong knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)

* EPA, HVAC, or other maintenance certifications a plus

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
