In this role, you'll conduct utility and sewer locates to research and inspect data regarding excavation on various construction projects. $20.00 per hour and up based on experience with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement!

What You'll Be Doing:

* Operate various electronic devices to assist locating and verifying underground utilities including gas, phone, and fiber optic cables.

* Perform various reports and documentation verifying marked utilities.

* Prepare GPS data on located utilities and related above ground features.

* Identifying and marking utility lines using spray paint or colored flags.

* Attending safety meetings.

What We're Looking For:

* Valid Driver's License.

* Preferred experience with locating utilities (3-5 years).

* Ability to distinguish colors for marked utilities.

* Must be willing to travel up to X%.

* Must be able to lift, push, pull 30+ pounds.

* Personal Protective Equipment provided.

* Candidates must undergo a physical examination and complete pre-employment screenings such as driver's abstract review and drug and alcohol test. This position is in a region that is covered under a collective bargaining agreement; the successful applicant may be required to join the union as a condition of employment.
