The 221‑room Bend, Oregon hotel is located on the banks of the river and has been re‑imagined with modern sophistication and world‑class amenities.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance person to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, HVAC, painting, wall repair, tile work, and maintaining the preventative maintenance program for the resort/hotel.

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, and air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, and carpet.
• Maintain general mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, water heaters, and automotive equipment.
• Keep records and logs as required by company policy and procedures.
• Prepare and submit reports and logs to supervisors in a timely manner.

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
