Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs

Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm with occasional overtime

Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Refrigeration service, maintenance, repair and installation of refrigeration equipment and commercial HVAC equipment. No restaurant hot side
• Communicate ideas and repair options to customers and coworkers
• Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and indoor air quality products and services
• Retrofit / changeout installations as needed
• Equipment we work on: furnace, AC, heat pumps, split systems, RTUs, walk‑in and reach‑in coolers, freezers, small air‑cooled chillers, make‑up air units, etc.
• Duct work as needed
• Able to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams
• We install Trane and Bryant equipment

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in refrigeration installation, maintenance, and repair
• Background in servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Universal certified
• Skilled in diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC units
• Strong communication and customer service abilities with both clients and team members
• Knowledgeable in the safe operation of scissor lifts and Genie lifts
• Capable of lifting and transporting up to 50 pounds
• HVAC technical school training or certification preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving history
• High school diploma or GED required
