Job Summary
The Elite/Lead Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role works with more advanced and multi/complex systems, proactively troubleshoots systems, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment).
The technician may interface directly with customers, work in multiple systems/locations/customers, and is responsible for escalation and leveraging company resources to address issues with personnel and customers.

- Work with little to no supervision
- Work independently and lead/coach/guide/motivate junior-level technicians
- Some travel required
- 20%-80% travel depending on division & location (overnight stays, away from home)
- Obtain and maintain privileges to drive a company vehicle
- Complete Driver Application for Employment and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Submit required forms (Driver Disclosure and Release;
Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement; FMCSA Certificate of Awareness;
Driver Certificate of Violations; Driver Statement of On Duty Hours Road Test; Copy of Driver’s License; Copy of Medical Certificate)

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical military background
- Technical certifications, degree, or industry specific license(s)
- Obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, Background checks, etc.)
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Preferred work experience within industrial water filtration systems
- 5 to 7 years of technical work experience within industrial water filtration systems
- Read and interpret P&g schematics for equipment layout and material ordering (Required)
- PVC / CPVC Schedule 80 pipe installation, HDPE fusion welding experience with data-logging knowledge (Required)
- Plot layout design for equipment placement
- Planning, Installation and Commissioning of RO/DI/UF/DNF/DAF and Multimedia Filtration units for short-term operating contracts
