• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of garage doors and openers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage door systems and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations during all service operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding services rendered and recommendations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as a garage door technician or in a similar role is preferred.
