Job Details

We are looking for a Pipeline Foreman to lead and coordinate steel pipeline or water main installation projects. The role requires a seasoned professional who understands construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations, and who can lead a crew in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of steel pipeline systems.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Plan and schedule work activities, determine manpower requirements, and set work priorities.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other foremen to ensure successful projects.
  • Inspect work sites to monitor progress and adherence to established plans and specifications.
  • Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and submit reports on work activities, operations, and crew productivity.
  • Qualifications
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Pipeline Foreman or a similar role in the construction industry.
    • Experience with in water main or steel pipeline installation is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
    • Exceptional leadership and team‑management skills, with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment.
    • Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve work‑related issues efficiently and effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, project managers, and stakeholders.
    • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
    • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
