Flexible hours. Daily responsibilities include performing routine tune-ups, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring all completed work meets safety and quality standards. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, accurately documenting work performed, and assisting with setup and repair of a variety of bicycles and related equipment. The Mechanic may also work on e-bikes and scooters with flats or other mechanical/electrical problems, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical issues efficiently and propose effective repair solutions.
• Familiarity with common bicycle components (drive trains, brakes, wheels, suspension) and industry-standard tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move bicycles and parts as needed, and work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic, general mechanic, or technical repair specialist is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
