• $125,000 Base salary
• Performance incentives with total earning potential up to $200,000+ annually
• $5 per hour employer contribution to a 401(k)
• $13 per hour employer contribution to a pension plan

That means $18 per hour (over $36,000 per year) going directly toward your retirement, fully funded by the company.

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance with quality workmanship
• Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners
• Deliver professional, customer‑focused service in every home
• Represent Baethke Plumbing with integrity and professionalism

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Journeyman Plumbing License required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
