Spray Foam Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area for a Spray Foam Assistant. The Spray Foam Assistant will support spray foam applicators in daily tasks, such as preparing work areas, operating and maintaining tools and equipment, and assisting in the application of spray foam insulation materials. The role involves adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace while performing tasks both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment maintenance, with the ability to handle and operate spray foam insulation machinery
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to established safety standards and protocols
• Good communication and teamwork skills to support collaboration with other team members and supervisors
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in spray foam application and related techniques
• Previous experience in construction, insulation, or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a valid driver’s license required
