Work Environment

You will work as part of a growing maintenance team that includes maintenance technicians, controls technicians, and HVAC technicians. The team currently has around a dozen members, with plans to expand to approximately twenty to support a transition to 8‑hour shifts and reduce overtime demands. On a typical shift, you will work alongside 5‑6 other maintenance technicians, collaborating on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

The facility operates in a baking environment, which can become very warm during the summer and cooler in the winter. This is a GMP environment, so you will follow strict cleanliness and safety standards. Required attire includes steel‑toe boots, a uniform, ear plugs, hair and beard nets as applicable, safety glasses, and bump caps.
