Hogsalt is seeking a Full Time HVAC and Refrigeration Repair Technician to support our current properties and future development projects.

- Available to work a minimum of 28 to 40 hours a week - shifts Sunday-Thursday.
- Minimum of 2 years in-field experience with HVAC and refrigeration.
- Preferred knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment.
- Must provide reliable vehicle.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform repairs in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, kitchen hot line equipment.
- Collaborate with other facilities personnel on various projects.
- Respond to maintenance requests from stores in a timely manner.
- Perform regular property inspections.
- Advise store managers on technical engineering issues.
- Available 24-hour basis for scheduled on-call shifts to address building emergencies.
- Report to Facilities Director, Facilities Manager and other members of the Director team.
