Position Overview
Technician 2 – Temp Control (Lemont, IL). Full‑time role with potential for overtime and weekends. Responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil‑free air compressors. May work independently or as part of a team, and may travel to customer sites.

- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil‑free air compressors.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations and handle the repairs.
- Set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer sites, either alone or with teammates.
- Possibly travel to customer sites.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 7+ years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Experience calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, and reading schematics.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to move or lift objects typically less than 50 lbs.
- May be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or a valid DOT medical card, based on customer requirements.
Hourly: $44.00 to $51.00.
