Job Description:

 The Position:
We’re looking for a Warehouse Technician. This role manages our physical resources—including tools, vehicles, and equipment—ensures warehouse efficiency, and assists with equipment safety training for our field technicians.

 We are offering $22 - $25 per hour dependent on experience.

 Requirements:

 Certifications (Day 1 Required):
Current Forklift Certification and DOT Certification.
 Licensing:
Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.

Skills:

Basic computer and spreadsheet skills:
 Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive) and mobile platforms (Android/iOS) is preferred.
 Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and stand for long periods
 Restoration Background: IICRC certifications (WRT, Smoke, Odor, or Mold) or 4-Star Certification are highly preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.

 Responsibilities:

 Asset Tracking:
Manage, track, and secure shop property, tools, and vehicles.
 Inventory Control:
Monitor and manage shop consumables in partnership with Managers.
 Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate pack-outs and move-backs with the Regional Packout Manager.
 Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure all restoration equipment is cleaned, tested, and operational.
 Field Support:
Participate in the field on-call rotation as needed during peak times or disasters.
 Safety & Training:
Assist with onboarding and training field technicians on proper equipment usage.
