Perform inspections and preventive maintenance of refrigeration storage equipment from 50 HP to 3,000 HP;
Oversee Refrigeration, Electrical, and HVAC systems including monitoring, trending, troubleshooting, and repairs;
Maintain the freezer and cooler ammonia system through scheduled PM activities;
Log time and materials into the CMMS daily with work orders and PMs;
Respond to emergencies and communicate system status to management and maintenance teams
