Building Maintenance Staff
WTTW (Chicago PBS) and WFMT (classical music radio station) are seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Staff person to provide general building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and maintenance of building and equipment.
- Remodeling and repairs in the fields of carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
- Preventative maintenance of building HVAC equipment.
- Preventative maintenance of hot water boilers and pumps.
- DDC building controls (BAS).
- Plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
- Miscellaneous repair projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Independent
- 5 years of building maintenance
- HVAC
- Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- HVAC
- EPA Universal Certification is a plus
- Continuing Education
* This position requires membership in IBEW Local 1220.
Estimated salary range: $52,000 - $62,000 annually
