Roofing Expert

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dependable roofing professional to join our team. In this role, you will apply your expertise to inspect, repair, replace, and install roofing systems with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in working with a variety of roofing materials and systems, and committed to delivering excellent craftsmanship on every project.

• Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, wear, and other potential issues
• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations on residential or commercial roofing systems
• Work with a variety of roofing materials, tools, and equipment
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and finish
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
• Apply underlayment, shingles, flashing, sealants, and other roofing components as needed
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Document completed work and identify additional service needs when applicable
• Support preventive maintenance and emergency repair projects as assigned

• Proven experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, repair methods, and installation techniques
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and roofing equipment
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Strong time management and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform demanding work that may include lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods

• Prior experience with shingle, metal, flat, or specialty roofing systems
• Knowledge of roof ventilation, insulation, and waterproofing practices
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
• Industry certifications or training related to roofing or construction safety
