Facility Maintenance Technician

Pay:
Ranging from $20.75 – $24.75 per hour + Overtime + Full Benefits

• Facilities Maintenance & Repairs
  . Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including drywall, patching, painting, tiling, basic masonry, shelving and equipment installation, floor repairs, and exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping).
• Preventative Maintenance
  . Conduct routine maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and identify issues early to prevent costly breakdowns.
• Site Operations Support
  . Travel between multiple sites across the Chicago area; troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day facility issues; partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational.

• 60% hands‑on repairs and maintenance
• 25% preventative maintenance
• 15% inspections, troubleshooting, and support

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi‑site environments
• HVAC/R experience or trade school background
• Field‑based role across the Greater Chicago Area
• Local travel between sites (home daily)
