Job DescriptionPosition:
Field Technician – Gaming and System Maintenance
Location:
Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
Hours:
40 hours/week with flexible shift options. Weekend availability required. Shift differential paid for weekends and second/third shifts.
Compensation: $18–$30 per hour, based on experience and proficiency.

- Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for gaming equipment, ATMs, amusement, and redemption devices in a timely manner.
- Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to resolve issues.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Maintain and repair gaming devices and related equipment.
- Load and unload supplies; assist in other areas as needed.
- Manage inventory to ensure parts availability for repairs.
- Document device entry, logs, and perform auditing procedures on slot machines, amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Terminal Handler’s License (cost covered by the company).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication abilities to follow written or verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Computer literacy helpful but not required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum age 21.
- Ability to lift or push weights up to 50 pounds.
- Relevant experience preferred but not required (e.g., ATM, amusement, gaming, or other electronic/mechanical aptitude).
- Competitive hourly wage: $18–$30.
