Responsibilities- On-site Technical Services, covering equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning.
- Provide support in training third party users, customers, and associate employees in the installation, use and maintenance of equipment and associated software.
- Review construction blueprints and work with Customers, Architects, and Installers to ensure MSA systems are installed properly.
- Professionally communicate project and service work status with Customer’s Project Managers, Port Engineers, Contractors, and Consultants as directed, ensure visibility and benefits of MSA technical support.
- Provide support and assistance with technical or sales related projects, customer inquiries and general project management.
- Complete and submit accurate job specific project administrative information in a timely fashion, including support of field service records, associated corporate documents, mileage, expenses and hourly work records for billing and invoice purposes.
- Maintain service spares inventory and properly document usage.
- Position requires concentration, accuracy, and focused mental effort, with the ability to present a calm and professional demeanor.
- Occasional exposure to heat/cold, noise, dust, dirt, and fumes
- Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
- The ability to work at heights on ladders, scissor lifts or roof tops.
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, talk, hear, and see, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, climb stairs and ladders.
- Technical aptitude, electronics troubleshooting ability.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with FTP, IP protocols, serial communications, and microcontrollers
- Effective communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently to diagnose and solve problems.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years mechanical, electrical or electronic experience.
- Minimum 1 year field experience as a service technician.
- Associate degree in electronics or a related technical field OR equivalent military training.
- HVAC/R experience.
- Experience with Military Service.
- Electronic Technician, Electrician diploma/certification or Refrigeration Experience
