Packsize is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, configure and service equipment onsite at customer facilities. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical systems, conduct start‑up testing and deliver hands-on training to customers on product capabilities and maintenance.
This role requires independent work with a strong customer service focus, safety adherence, and the ability to communicate clearly with both customers and Packsize teams.
