About us SVN Chicago PM is a commercial real estate management firm with an office located in Peru Indiana. The firm focuses on management of residential rental communities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, to identify and resolve any issues.

Perform maintenance and repair work on building facilities and equipment, including but not limited to painting, drywall repairs,carpentry, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored.

Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed to complete projects.

Keep accurate records of all work performed and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, repair, or related field.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Proficiency in a variety of hand and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits:
