Lead Critical Mechanical HVAC Operations
We're hiring a Service Manager to lead and support our Industrial HVAC Systems division. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for an experienced mechanical HVAC professional who thrives in the field, enjoys solving complex system challenges, and knows how to support technicians while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
This is not a desk‑only management position. You'll spend time in both the office and the field, serving as the technical leader for complex mechanical systems, supporting technicians on critical service calls, visiting customer sites, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
If you're known as the person everyone calls when the difficult jobs come up, we'd like to meet you.
