Compass Rail Services LLC is seeking a Carman Mobile Railcar Repair Technician Lead to inspect, diagnose, and repair railcars at customer sites and yards. Requires strong mechanical skills, valve work experience, and strict safety/compliance adherence with FRA/AAR standards.
Starting at $23.00 to $33.00 per hour based on experience, the role is full-time with 40 hours weekly and possible extended hours. Travel within a 4-hour radius and some overnight stays may be required.
