Job Title - Senior HVAC Tech OR Lead Commercial HVAC Tech

• Pay rate up to 50/hr or more depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain boilers, chillers (air-cooled 100–300 tons), cooling towers, pumps, hydronics, WSHPs
  , and BAS controls (troubleshooting only).
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and light repairs (no tear-downs or rebuilds).
• Communicate directly with building engineers and property managers.
• Occasional suburban service calls to maintain full schedules.

This Job Is:

• Open to Universal EPA certified HVAC Techs with 5+ years experience

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (Local 597 preferred)
• Expertise with steam/hot-water boilers, hydronic systems, and chillers - (air cooled or centrifugal)
