As a Field Technician, you will be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused culture that offers a self-managed work environment. You’ll be responsible for installing and repairing telecommunications services, and you’ll have access to training that develops your skills, knowledge, and abilities.

• Install and maintain various voice, data, security, and VoIP communication systems and equipment.
• Use your customer-service skills to ensure work orders are completed.
• Drive to and from customer locations within a defined geographic area to install services on behalf of our client.
• Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications.

• One to five years of experience working with telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently and a strong technical aptitude.
• Experience with Cisco systems or comparable equipment manufacturers.

• Travel will be required with a company-provided vehicle.
• Home-based dispatching role.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position, which may involve sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), working at heights and in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces, and working in all types of weather conditions deemed safe.
• Weekend and on-call work required as needed.

$44,000.00 - $60,500.00. This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on experience, knowledge, skills, education, and location.
