Floor Coating Installer

Location: Chicagoland Area

Compensation: $20–$25/hr

Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | Paid Training

We’re hiring hardworking installers to join a growing concrete floor coating company serving the Chicagoland area.

If you like working with your hands, being part of a crew, and seeing the finished result of your work, this is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long‑term career.

No floor coating experience required , we train the right people.

Most jobs are completed in one day, so you’ll see the results of your work quickly.

You’ll work with a crew to install garage and concrete floor coatings for homeowners and some commercial spaces.

Daily tasks include:

• Grinding and preparing concrete floors
• Applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
• Moving materials and equipment
• Keeping job sites clean and organized
• Working with a team to complete projects efficiently

• Show up on time and ready to work
• Have a strong work ethic
• Enjoy hands‑on work
• Work well with a team
• Want to learn a skilled trade
