JLL is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support institutional facilities across the Naperville, IL area. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, travel between sites, and respond to work orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.
This role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work independently with after-hours on-call availability. A CMA/CMMS mindset and strong tool skills are essential for success.
