You take pride in your work — not just in getting the job done, but in getting it right. Every cut is clean, every fit is precise, and you don't pack up until the finished space looks exactly how it should. You've built the skills. Now you want a role where that standard actually matters.
This is that role.
We're looking for an experienced Installer who brings serious woodworking chops and an equally serious commitment to the client experience. You will work directly with the business owner and a motivated sales team to install custom design projects, bringing them to life in clients' homes, where the details are on full display and the bar is high.
What this actually looks like day-to-day: You will execute in-home installations of custom spaces, ensuring precision fitting, clean finishing, and handing off a final product that genuinely wows the homeowner.
What sets this opportunity apart:
- Work directly with ownership — your expertise and input are valued, not just your labor.
- Collaborate closely with a sales team that sets client expectations right, so you can exceed them.
- Project variety that keeps the work engaging and your skills growing. As the team expands around you, opportunities for career growth arise.
- A culture where quality is the standard, not the exception.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred.
- Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus.
- Strong woodworking skills earned through real work.
- 3+ years of in-home installation experience.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service.
Compensation: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour
We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment. If you are a self‑motivated and dedicated individual passionate about installation and carpentry, we'd like to talk.
We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
