Full-Time Join Our Team! We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our fresh food manufacturing facility. If you have experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility maintenance, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
  • Electrical motors and breaker panels
  • HVAC systems
  • Pneumatic equipment
  • Conveyor systems
  • Metal detectors
  • Inkjet printers
  • Production machinery
• Complete general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor facility repairs.
• Respond to maintenance work orders through the eMaint system.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Fulfillment teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow all Food Safety, GMP, and company safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade school, vocational training, or certifications in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment was strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
