Perform advanced repairs on restaurant equipment including refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen appliances;
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately;
Lead maintenance projects involving construction, installation, or upgrades of mechanical systems and equipment;
Conduct regular inspections of HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical components to prevent breakdowns;
Troubleshoot complex electrical, plumbing, and mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge;
Help train junior technicians, providing guidance on repair procedures and safety protocols;
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs
