Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay Rate: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on union card

Work Schedule: Monday Through Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | Overtime available

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Diagnostics, Service, maintenance, and repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Consulting customers on repair, upgrades, IAQ accessories and replacement options
  • Testing and balancing systems
  • Reading, analyzing, and applying information from wiring schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints
What We Are Looking For :
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service, or an equivalent combination of formal training and practical work experience
  • Possession of EPA Type I & II certification or EPA Universal Certification
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems with the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of equipment issues
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage responsibilities effectively while working independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements
  • Completion of an HVAC trade school or technical training program is preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
