This role would suit an experienced HVAC Technician looking for excellent earning potential, technical ownership and the opportunity to develop into a leadership/mentorship position.
The Role:
- Lead HVAC projects across the Chicagoland area, working alongside installation teams and taking ownership of technical delivery
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems, support project development and provide technical input across the business
- Receive specific technical training and on-the-job development, with the opportunity to mentor future HVAC hires as the team grows
The Candidate:
- HVAC experience with strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and ventilation
- Experience with RTU systems
- Strong technical ability with the ambition to become a lead/technical expert and mentor others
