Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems supporting chemical manufacturing operations;
Diagnose and repair motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, conveyors, pumps, mixers, and automated production systems;
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and production efficiency;
Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation, control devices, and electrical components used in chemical processing operations;
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings to identify and resolve equipment issues
