Mantis Innovation is seeking a BMS Service Technician II to join our field-based team. This role requires extensive overnight travel across the country to service, repair, and commission building management systems in mission-critical environments.
You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networked control systems, execute tickets to resolution within SLA timelines, and perform system upgrades, backups, and configuration changes. A strong emphasis on safety and quality is essential.
